To throw a cliche at a problem is immature. To minimize the effort that must take place in order to change a negative situation does not reflect a true understanding of the problem.
To truly make change happen, a leader must have confidence that things can be improved and must be able to see the problem for what it truly is. This in turn will help to change people.
As a leader, problems and negative situations occur constantly. Leaders, however, never get stuck in negatives. You’ll never be great and negative at the same time. A leader is always asking, "How can this situation or problem be turned into a positive scenario?"
But the most important aspect of turning a negative situation into a positive one is to work with others to harness the energy necessary for change. You don't need all the answers and you don't have to come up with all the solutions.
You just need to know that you CAN get there and convince others of the same!!
