Nice Bachelor Pad!

When I moved to Tennessee, I found the people warm and genuine and kind.  So, for the longest time, I couldn't understand where Al Gore fit into the picture.  Until I realized that he never lived in Tennessee.  He grew up in Washington.  Then things started to make sense.  You see, Al Gore is one of the biggest scam artists in the history of America.  And you don't have to search very hard to figure that out.  If you drive to Al Gore's Nashville home (he has six homes), you can look through the gate and see a long, beautiful driveway lined by gas burning lamps.  It is gorgeous, but the carbon footprint he is leaving must be out of this world.  But I really don't think he cares.  I found a local article from a local talk show host that I found interesting.  It reads as follows:

"The global warming conspirators have been peddling the global warming hoax for nearly a decade, generating millions of carbon credit dollars for Al Gore. He of all people isn’t going to change his tune, otherwise, his fear-based fortune would dry up like the Sahara desert.

One interesting note to add, scientists at the CERN super collider in Switzerland have discovered what they are calling the actual cause of global climate change. Are you ready? It is our sun!!!
The science is now all-but-settled on global warming, convincing new evidence demonstrates, but Al Gore, the IPCC and other global warming doomsayers won’t be celebrating. The new findings point to cosmic rays and the sun — not human activities — as the dominant controller of climate on Earth. - The Daily Telegraph
Investors.com has a great article describing how Gore has profited off all the climate change fear and hype.
"No one has made more money from climate change hype than Gore. According to the U.K.’s Guardian newspaper, just one of the “green” companies in which Gore has invested has received over half a billion dollars in subsidies from the Energy Department.
Financial disclosure documents released before the 2000 election put the Gore family’s net worth at $1 million to $2 million. A mere decade later, estimates are that he is worth $100 million. He’s been touted in the press as one day becoming the first “carbon billionaire.”
According to the Science & Public Policy Institute, the U.S. government has spent over $79 billion since 1989 on policies related to climate change, including science and technology research, administration, education campaigns, foreign aid and tax breaks.
Compare that with, say, Exxon-Mobil Corp., which is repeatedly attacked for paying a grand total of $23 million to skeptics.
According to the World Bank, the value of carbon trading doubled from $63 billion in 2007 to $126 billion in 2008. Big money has been and can be made by conning governments into formulating policies based on fraudulently hyped climate hysteria."
My hope is that Al Gore will stay far away from Nashville.  And I suspect he will.  Last year Al "Bore" purchased a $9 million, 6,500 sq. foot home that boasts 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a large pool house, 6 fireplaces, wood framed french doors, and carved stone detailing throughout in California.

Nice bachelor pad for sure Al!
