Their words, not mine

When Egypt was protesting, I saw something on the television that stopped me in my tracks.  A huge throng of people were waving flags and chanting and pumping their fists in the air.  Suddenly, a huge horn penetrated the air and EVERY person in the television screen bowed to the east to say prayers to Allah and go through their "three-times-a-day" ritual.  It then struck me.  Could it be that the protesters were not just individuals seeking freedom and a better way of life, but most likely were Muslims trying to re-write a nation's laws to favor the Muslim way of life?  Nowhere did the networks or press mention this.  So was I wrong?  I decided to dig deeper.

And then, this past weekend my search for proof of who the protesters are came to an abrupt halt.  Louis Farrakhan gave a speech at a huge Islamic Convention at the Rosemont Convention Center in Illinois called "Saviours Day 2011".   In his speech, Farrakhan said, " War.  They love war over peace. They love wrong over right; injustice over justice.  This is the day of your doom, the end of your world and your life.  What you are looking at in Tunisia, in Egypt … Libya, in Bahrain … what you see happening there … you’d better prepare because it will be coming to your door.”  He added: “I hope that President Obama will remember his instructions to all nations — be careful how you attack and kill innocent people who are protesting. Take your own words into your bosom and be reminded when it comes to your home.”

The "they and "your" Farrakhan is referring to here is us, you and me.  The infidels.  He is warning you and I that what is happening around the world in London, Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain, and Libya is what is going to happen here in the U.S. of A.  He is saying that the Muslims will rise up here just like they are around the rest of the world.  Finally!! Someone admitted that all these uprisings and protests are not just about poor, abused people wanting freedom.  These people are Muslims wanting to rid the planet of us the infidels and bring the Muslim way of life to the entire world.  And it came from a Muslim's mouth.

There's more.

Mahdi is the Muslim equivalent of who Jesus is to us Christians.  Muslims believe that Mahdi is the Messiah of Islam and will bring fairness and justice to the entire world.  He will end all wrong-doing, injustice, and tyranny thoughout all the nations.  The Mahdi will offer the religion of Islam to the Jews and Christians. If they accept, they will be spared, otherwise they will be killed.  Here's where things get even more interesting. According to Muslim eschatology, the man that Christians believe is the Messiah - the one that will return from heaven to defend the nation of Israel - is the Antichrist. The Antichrist is known as ad-Dajjal who claims to be the devine Messiah and will fight on the side of the Jews.  They believe that the Dajjal will thus claim to be both Jewish and go by the name Jesus Christ.

So here is what Farrakhan had to say about Mahdi this past weekend.  Speaking about the protests, he said. " This is a sign, that the great Mahdi that the Muslim world has been looking for is present in the world.  The christ that you hoped for.  The christ that we long for is present in the world and all tyrants (insert you and I) will be set down.  God is stimulating the rise of the masses.  Soon it will come to these shores.  Indeed it has already begun".

Most theologians believe that the Muslim description of Mahdi fits the description of what we, as Christians, believe to be the Anti-Christ.

Now you know what the Muslims believe, straight from their own mouth.
